The quality of the hoops turned out to be a miss. One hoop will not close and I was planning to gift this set. After reaching out to support, I was sent an instagram video to help with my issue. Unfortunately, the video did not help with my issue and I could not give the hoops as a gift. I understand the occasional quality issue but it was disappointing to lose one of the pairs (the largest pair that I was most excited about gifting!)
