jewel fell out

I think the jewelry is pretty but one of the jewels fell out but overall it is pretty. Is there a way I can get a refund I sent out another one.

Pearl pieces fell out

I really loved the bracelet and the design but it was really unfortunate that the pearl pieces began to fall out and I lost a few of them. :(

Didn't get my shipment and I can't even track it!

I didn't get an update on my shipment since 23 of august. I don't know where it is and its been more than a month delay. I'm contacting throw email with Dorothy but can't seem to know where things are headed. Hopefully solving things soon?
