I have bought this necklace 3 times over the last year or so. I absolutely love it and the way it looks but have had issues with the chain breaking. I was wearing it everyday and wouldn’t take it off so I was okay with buying replacements. But this time the quality is terrible. I have bought many things from them including bracelets earrings and rings and have never had this problem. The chain on the necklace is extremely poorly made. Multiple unfixable kinks and misshapen links causing the necklace to be very sharp pulling out pieces of my hair making it uncomfortable to wear.

So pretty but the chain broke the first day I wore it :/ - trying to figure out how to fix it but pretty disappointed - it got caught on my collar and while trying to untangle it gently it snapped.
