SHIPPING FEE

*Domestic shipping prices are determined by USPS prices. International prices determined by DHL*

International Determined By DHL (See Price At Checkout)

 

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping over $50.

Order total must meet the free shipping requirement amount after discounts and before tax.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME

Once your order is placed, please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Normal shipping times are 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) within the United States. For international orders, shipping times may take 10-30 business days. Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or high package volumes.

Estimated Package Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

We provide tracking information for all orders so that you can monitor the progress of your shipment. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are be subject to import taxes that may not be included in shipping fees. 

MISSING PACKAGE

If your package does not arrive within 5 days after it is marked as delivered, please contact USPS to file a missing package report. If USPS is unable to locate your package, please contact us with your order number and a screenshot of USPS report.

PACKAGE INSURANCE

Route Package Insurance / Navidium Package Insurance covers all order shipment issues including, porch pirates, lost in transit, damaged package, etc.

Shipping insurance does not cover issues with individual products. If you have any issues regarding damages to specific items in your order, please email us at: support@flaireaccessories.com

SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the shipping address is incorrect and the package is delivered to the address on the order, Flaire & Co. is not responsible for replacing the order.

If a mistake on the address causes a 'return-to-sender' error, once the package is returned to our warehouse, we can resend it out for a fee of $6.50 for U.S. orders.

If you need to intercept a package, please submit a request through the courier's website (we use USPS). Please note that we are not responsible for paying any fees associated with package interception.
