Return Policy
Please read the below information before requesting a return:
We understand that sometimes a product may not be exactly what you were hoping for. Therefore, we offer free returns for store credit only, no exchanges. Returns must be requested in our Returns Portal within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once a return is approved and you are emailed a return label, the package must be in USPS' possession within 1 week.
In the rare event that you experience an allergic reaction to our hypoallergenic jewelry, you must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund to your original payment method.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that international returns and exchanges are currently not accepted.

If the return portal is not working or you have any questions regarding a return, please contact us at support@flaireaccessories.com with your proof of purchase (order number and confirmation email).
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Please read product description for indication of a final sale item. Engraved or customized products are not eligible for return and are considered final sale.
All purchases on sale are final sale and cannot be returned. (Including: $5 Friday Sales, Sale Section, Last Chance, etc.)
Returns on gift card purchases are not accepted.
BUNDLES
Bundled sets must be returned as a full set.
BROKEN ITEMS
If an item arrives broken or damaged, you do not need to submit a return request. Please send us an email with your order number and a photo of the damaged product to receive a replacement or refund.
POST RETURN APPROVAL
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label for free, as well as specific instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns are processed within 5 days of arrival to our facility.
UNAPPROVED RETURNS
Items sent back to us without an approval of return will not be accepted and will not be refunded or sent back. Returned items that show visible wear or tear are not eligible for refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please note that original shipping fees will not be refunded for returns. Each order is allowed one return.
WARRANTY
All items purchased from Flaire & Co. comes with protection from damages under normal wear for 6 months.
