Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Processing time is usually around 3-5 days for orders with no Pre-Order items. US shipping take about 5 days on average, holiday shipping could be delayed by a few days to a week. International shipping takes about 15-17 days on average. Please check your tracking number for any updates on your package. (Please check our announcement bar for the most updated processing time!)

Q: When is the next restock?

A: Most items will be restocked within two weeks of being out of stock. We send out emails of major restocks, subscribe to our email list for updates! You can also get notified when specific products restock using the "Notify When Available" button.

Q: How do I pre-order an item?

A: Only items that can be added to cart are available for pre-order. If the item can not be added to cart, the pre-orders is sold out.

Q: How much is shipping and where does your shop ship to?

A: US shipping is $4.50 and free over $35 (after discounts). International shipping is $17 for all countries except Canada and free over $120. Shipping to Canada is $13 and free over $120. We currently offer worldwide shipping.

Q: How can I order if I don't have US Dollars?

A: All prices on our site is listed in US Dollars. Currency conversions are done through your bank through rates set by your bank.

Q: How do I track the status of my order?

A: Order confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please double check your email address and check in the spam folder if you can not find it in your email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out once your shipping label has been printed. A shipping confirmation does not mean your order has been shipped out, please allow a few days for processing.

Q: How long do Pre-Orders take to process?

A: Orders with Pre-Order items will be processed in 2 weeks. If you need other items before two weeks, please place separate orders. Shipping is approximately 5 days after processing.
