Q: How long does it take for my order to ship?

A: Current processing time is stated on the top announcement bar of our website (4-7 Business Days)! Holiday shipping could be delayed by a few days to a week. International shipping takes on average 15-30 business days. Please check your tracking number for any updates on your package.

Q: How does Route Package Insurance work?

A: For just a few bucks, Route Package Insurance got you covered in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. Route will send an email to you once your order is placed. Through the email, you are able to submit a claim if anything happens to your package. Once a claim is approved, Route will either issue a refund or place another order on your behalf. (Insurance only cover orders that paid for the Route Insurance package)

Q: When is the next restock?

A: Most items will be restocked within 2-4 weeks of being out of stock. We send out emails of major restocks, subscribe to our email list for updates! You can also get notified when specific products restock using the "Notify When Available" button.

Q: How do I pre-order an item?

A: No products are available for pre-order at the moment.

Q: How much is shipping and where does your shop ship to?

A: US shipping is $4.50 and free over $45 (after discounts). International shipping is $17 for all countries (except Canada, Australia, New Zealand) and free over $120. Shipping to Canada is $14 and free over $120. We currently offer worldwide shipping. Australia and New Zealand shipping rate is $19 and free over $120. (Shipping rates are determined by USPS shipping prices)

Q: How can I order if I don't have US Dollars?

A: All prices on our site is listed in US Dollars as default, you may choose to change the currency at the bottom of the page.

Q: How do I track the status of my order?

A: Order confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout. Please double check your email address and check in the spam folder if you can not find it in your email. A shipping confirmation email will be sent out once your shipping label has been printed. A shipping confirmation does not mean your order has been shipped out, please allow a few days for processing.

Q: How long do Pre-Orders take to process?

A: Orders with Pre-Order items will be processed in 2 weeks. If you need other items before two weeks, please place separate orders. Shipping is approximately 5 days after processing.
