Jewelry FAQs

☆ Our jewelry is made of either 925 sterling silver, 304/316L stainless steel, or implant-grade titanium.

☆ The material for each jewelry piece will be listed in the product description.

Our water-safe jewelry is anything that is made of stainless steel, titanium, or 925 sterling silver (excluding our gold-plated sterling silver). This jewelry will not corrode in water and is safe to wear in the shower, during a workout, at the beach, and more. They will not rust or turn your skin green.

☆ For our gold-plated sterling silver and our sterling silver pieces, you can still wear them in the water but we highly recommend you wipe them down with the included jewelry cloth afterwards to prevent tarnishing! 925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time, so wiping it down after wears will restore your pieces to looking brand new. Additionally, storing them in an air-tight container will also prevent tarnishing.

☆ All of our stainless steel and titanium jewelry pieces are anti-tarnish and anti-rust. We do not make jewelry that contains lead, or zinc alloy (common metals used in cheap jewelry that can corrode and rust when exposed to water).

☆ Stainless steel and titanium jewelry will not discolor when worn in water or during daily wear. Additionally, all of our necklaces are made with stainless steel, so you can wear them all the time without worry!

☆ A quick note: although 925 sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time when exposed to air, it is still anti-rust, anti-microbial, and safe to wear in water. A quick wipe-down with the included jewelry cloth will take the dark color off easily!

925 Silver naturally tarnishes when exposed to air due to oxidization. This causes the silver to darken, which gives it that tarnished look.

You can easily wipe off silver tarnish with a jewelry cloth—we include one with every purchase! High-quality 925 sterling silver (which is what we use) looks brand new after wiping it down, and just requires a bit of maintenance compared to our stainless steel jewelry.

☆ We recommend storing your silver pieces in an air-tight container when you're not wearing them, and wiping pieces down with a jewelry cloth after wearing to make sure they stay looking brand-new.

All of our pieces are hypoallergenic and safe for those with metal allergies! Additionally, our jewelry will not turn your skin green or irritate it when it gets wet.

☆ Most items will be restocked within 2-4 weeks of being out of stock. We send out emails of major restocks, so subscribe to our email list for updates! You can also get notified when specific products restock using the "Notify When Available" button.

Shipping and Order FAQs

☆ Current processing time is stated on the top announcement bar of our website (3-7 business days). Holiday shipping could be delayed by for as long as a week due to high demand. International shipping takes 15-30 business days on average. Please check your tracking number for any updates on your package.

☆ Order confirmation emails are sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout (if you didn't get an order confirmation, double check your email or look in the spam folder). 

☆ A shipping confirmation email will be sent out once your order's shipping label has been created. Please allow a few days for processing after receiving your shipping confirmation email, as this does not mean your order has been sent out yet.

☆ US shipping is $5.00, and free for orders over $45 (before tax and after discounts).

☆ International Shipping varies depending on the country, please enter your address at checkout to see the shipping rate. We do not offer free international shipping.

Note: Shipping rates are determined by USPS shipping prices or DHL. We do not determine these costs.

☆ For a small fee, Route Package Insurance covers your purchase in case your order gets lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

☆ Route will send an email to you once your order is placed. Through the email, you are able to submit a claim if anything happens to your package. Once a claim is approved, Route will either issue a refund or place another order on your behalf. 

Route Package Insurance only covers orders that paid for Route. You must separately add Route Package Insurance to each order that you would like insured.

☆ We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as stated on the carrier website. All returns will be refunded through store credit only. (For allergic reactions, a refund is given instead of store credit.)

☆ All returns must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging.
