One earring is harder to open/close

The design is super cute. However, one earring is tighter so it's hard to open and close. Once I put it in my ear, I have a hard time unhooking it, and it kinda hurts constantly pulling on it. The other earring is fine, so I don't why the two are different.

I love these earrings so beautiful and dainty! Also I love that you can take off the pearls off of the hoop and put them on my other hoops! This isn’t my first time buying from Flaire and I will continue to buy from them!
