The necklace is really cute and a great addition to any outfit I’m looking to accent with gold. However after the first where one link happened to be open which looked just to be an unusual accident ss the rest were completely closed around. I sent an email with the photo and they shipped me a new one the exact same day! I’m so happy with their customer service and how easy it was.
