1. After wearing your stainless steel pieces, wash in warm soapy water (or in the shower) to get rid of any stuck debris, perfume/sunscreen residue, and sweat.

Gold wore off within a week

I loved this ring at first, but was disappointed to find the gold coming off after wearing for only a week.

We're sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, scratching the ring against hard or rough surfaces can cause the 18k gold plating to come off eventually, as it is not solid 18k gold. We suggest wearing the ring with care to prevent this from happening in the future.
