The backing was slightly loose on the my left earring which caused it to fall off without me knowing. Contacted customer service to see if I could get another backing, but was asked to buy another item and then they will put one in my order. So, now I can’t wear them unless I spend more money. Overall, you pretty much pay for what you get since it’s pretty cheap. Just hope that you get a good pair or make sure you really test the quality of your product before wearing it even though I feel as if they should have done quality control before sending it out to their customers.
